Current Past Performance

  • DC Department of Health Care Finance (DC DHCF), 2009 to present, POTO-2006-R-0077, $1.2 million/year (subcontract).  As a subcontractor to Conduent Business Services (formerly Xerox Business Services division), BPC is staffing the project call center, and performing provider enrollment, claims processing, research, pharmacy benefits management, and administrative support services.  Reference.
  • DC Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services (DC FEMS), 2016 to present, CW42156, $600,000/year (subcontract).  As a subcontractor to Advanced Data Processing, Inc. (subsidiary of Intermedix Corporation), BPC is providing project management services; deploying a new electronic Patient Care Reporting (ePCR) system through tablet software installation, user training, software developer liaison, and hardware maintenance coordination; and optimizing ambulance billings revenue through skip tracing, related data research, recovery and data entry.  Reference.
  • DC Metropolitan Police Department (DC MPD), 2008 through 2013, 4 POs (PO459181, PO411145, PO317460, PO261099), $65,000.  BPC evaluated 3 successive MPD grants from the US Department of Justice to fund the “Law Enforcement and Service Providers Multidisciplinary Human Trafficking Task Force”.  Reference.

International Past Performance

  • US Agency for International Development (USAID), US Department of State’s Office of Foreign Buildings Operations (now the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations), US Trade and Development Agency (TDA), 1985 through 2000, 7+ contracts.  BPC provided procurement services (in accordance with FAR, as required), procured more than 4,000 line items valued at more than $18.1 million, and arranged delivery to overseas project sites, including installation, training, and commissioning, as required.
